3. Booking and Reservations

To secure a hunting reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the commencement of the hunt.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do not guarantee specific results or trophy sizes, as hunting outcomes can vary based on numerous factors.

All equipment and property provided by Trophy Tine Outfitters must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the participant.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
